The stay was enjoyable for our family of six! The large room we had was perfect for our four children to spread out and play. Plus, we were delighted to be so close to the Mississippi Crafts Center, which was a hit with everyone.

My kids wished the breakfast offered more variety, especially options like pancakes or juice.

Shannon and Taylor in customer service really made our stay worthwhile they even found us a microwave when we asked for it. Location was great! Can walk to great food and with kids it was super easy to manage.

However, the room showed signs of wear and tear. The carpet was stained, and the couch had a questionable odor. The shower had mold, which was a big downside. I also noticed that the soundproofing isn't great since I could hear the party next door. Overall, a nice place but needs a serious refresh and maintenance to reach Hyatt's usual standards.

Staying at Hyatt Place in Ridgeland was a delightful experience with a fantastic location near vibrant dining options. The spacious room offered great comfort, though the housekeeping could definitely improve, as I noticed some areas were not as clean as I had hoped. Overall, a lovely stay!

Seriously loved the room! So spacious and stylish, made us feel right at home. The shower was fantastic, super modern with a glass door. Breakfast was pretty good too, way better than usual. Just be aware, rooms facing the road can get noisy at night.

Conveniently located near great shops and restaurants, the room offered a comfy bed and effective window shades. The lobby's ambiance was pleasant, and staff interactions were friendly. However, cleanliness was an issue, and a microwave in the room would have improved the convenience.
